We recently purchased a 1966 13 Window walk through Deluxe and a 1966 Double Cab Transporter. These were located in Fort St. John, BC, so after a quick flight from Vancouver up there to see them, we bought them both. With Fort St. John being 1,225 km and a 13 hour drive away we opted to have them transported to us.
A few days after the purchase, local areas were hit with bad flooding and several roads washed out making it impossible for the car transporter to get them. Finally the roads have opened and the journey has started. From Fort St. John to Prince George is the first stop. Tomorrow they start the trek down to Vancouver and we hope to have them safe and sound at home next week.
